After around an hour we arrive at Osaka station and took the south exit from the station in search of our hotel. After a little uncertainty we saw the sign on the top of our hotel, the Umeda OS Hotel, in the distance and a short stroll later we were checked in. I had to pay up front for the room which cost 9800 yen.
I booked a room with two singles for the night as many of the cheaper hotels do not have double let alone queen size beds. As you can see, the room is really only suitable for sleeping!
After dumping our luggage we found a local ATM to grab some cash then explored some of the lanes and arcades around the hotel.
Emma was feeling tired and dehydrated from the trip so we found a nice bar to have a couple of beers and some tasty snacks including some lovely fresh sashimi before calling it a night at 1am.
